DIN ROLL Som Shift Engineer ansvarar du för att stötta och aktivt vara delaktig i att övervaka hela produktionsprocessen vid vår demoanläggning i Nymölla, och säkerställa att alla aktiviteter genomförs på ett säkert och effektivt sätt samt i enlighet med produktionsmål och företagets standarder. Med ett kontinuerligt fokus på processutveckling kommer du också ha en viktig roll i att producera och analysera resultat för vidare förbättringar. Du rapporterar till en av våra Production Team Leads. Din arbetsdag blir varierad och tillsammans med dina kollegor ansvarar du för att:
Bygga kunskap om hur produktionen ska styras och övervakas.
Bidra till att utveckla rutiner för att starta och stoppa olika delar i processen på ett säkert och effektivt sätt.
Utföra felsökning vid driftstörningar.
Hantera både råvaror och färdiga produkter.
Ta prover och utföra analyser, både under processens gång och på färdig produkt.
Utföra rengöring i processen och bidra till att utveckla dessa rutiner.
Genomföra förebyggande underhåll samt avhjälpande underhåll vid stopp.
Analysera olika delar av produktionen och föreslå förbättringar för att optimera processens prestanda.


DIN PROFIL
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha gymnasie- eller högskoleutbildning inom tillämpade vetenskaper, gärna med inriktning mot driftteknik, processteknik, el och automation eller kemiteknik. Vi ser gärna att du har några års erfarenhet från processindustri med kontinuerlig drift och processtyrning. Har du mindre erfarenhet eller lägre utbildningsnivå är du ändå välkommen att söka – vi söker även processoperatörer.
Som person tar du egna initiativ och har en god samarbetsförmåga. Du gillar problemlösning, har förmåga att anpassa dig efter förändrade omständigheter och drivs av att nå uppsatta mål. Du har också intresse för utveckling, lärande och givetvis hållbarhet. Erfarenhet av process- och arbetsmiljösäkerhet är meriterande. Du har förmåga att arbeta framgångsrikt över kulturella gränser och behärskar engelska väl, samt har minst grundläggande kunskaper i svenska.
Arbetet innebär främst intermittent treskift men kan på sikt övergå till kontinuerlig drift. Därför är det ett krav att du som söker kan arbeta obekväma arbetstider. YOU WILL 
As Shift Engineer you are responsible for supporting and be an active part in overseeing the entire production process at our Demo plant in Nymölla, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with production targets and company standards. With continuous focus on process development, you will also have an important part in producing and analyzing produced results for further improvements. You will report to one of our Production Team Leads.
Your daily work will be varied, and together with your colleagues, you are responsible for:
Building knowledge about how the production should be controlled and monitored.
Helping to develop how to start and stop different parts as safely and efficiently as possible.
Performing troubleshooting in the event of operational disruptions.
Handling of both raw materials and manufactured products.
Taking samples and performing analyses both during the process and of the finished product.
Performing cleaning in the process and contributing to improving the process around this.
Performing preventive maintenance and remedial maintenance during maintenance stops.
Analyzing all aspects of production and recommend improvements to optimize process performance.


YOU ARE
To be successful in this position, you need to have a high school or university education in applied sciences with a focus on operations technology, process technology or electricity and automation. We would like you to have experience of working in the continuous process industry and process control for a few years. If you have less experience or a lower education degree don’t hesitate to apply since we have openings for process operators as well.
As a person you take your own initiative and have an easy time collaborating. You like problem solving, have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and drive towards predetermined goals. You also have an interest in development, learning and of course sustainability. Experience from process and work environment safety is rewarding. Also, intercultural awareness and proven ability to work effectively across cultures is required.
The job mainly involves work in intermittent 3-shifts, but will be able to transition to continuous operation. Therefore, it is a prerequisite that you, as an applicant, can work inconvenient working hours.

YOU WILL 
As Process Operator you are part of the team responsible for developing how we can produce textile fibers in a safe, sustainable and efficient way. The goal is to verify, refine and optimize the process in an industrial environment at our Demo plant in Nymölla. Your daily work will be varied, and together with your colleagues, you are responsible for:

YOU WILL 
As Production Team Lead you are responsible for supporting in overseeing the entire production process at the Demo plant, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with production targets and company standards. This role involves managing staff and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement in the production line. You will report to our Production Manager. Your daily work will be varied, and your assignments will be to:
Support our production manager in managing the Demo plant production to meet set targets and objectives.
Participate in the work to develop strategies that improve fiber quality, increase production output, and reduce production costs and labor requirements.
Lead, coach, and support a team of process operators. Manage daily shift handovers, assigning tasks and responsibilities and assist in preparing production schedules and budgets.
Cultivate an environment of peer-to-peer empowerment, encouraging team members to take ownership of their projects and collaborate effectively.
Utilize data-driven approaches to diagnose and resolve production line issues, providing recommendations and training as needed.
Identify, document, and report any unsafe practices to maintain a culture of safety and compliance.
Analyze all aspects of production and recommend improvements to optimize process performance.


YOU ARE 
To be successful in this position, you have significant experience in managing a production environment, preferably within the process industry. You have expertise in production process management, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and quality. You also have an advanced degree in technology, engineering, or a related field. Experience or interest for production of sustainable materials is an advantage.
As a person you have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve production and process development goals. You will support the organization with your expertise, analyzing and diagnosing problems with help of data and liaising with the team to develop plans that improve fiber quality. You will report to our Plant Manager and to our Textile expert.

YOU ARE

We are looking for a strong individual with a can-do attitude that share our drive to bring sustainable materials to the wider market. You have experience in quality control standards and quality control best industry practices, and you have a strive and passion to use data and analysis as basis for decision making. Your experience can be from research institutes, plastic, pulp/paper or chemical industry.

You have a MS or BS degree in Chemistry or Engineering or other relevant field, proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and have fluent skills in English language.

To fit the role, we believe it´s crucial that you possess planning and structure, but also can make decisions under pressure and being a proactive problem solver. Further, you have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
